Preparing for takeoff

// PROFITPILOT — DONE-FOR-YOU AI AUTOMATION

One AI system that gives you real hours back.

Built, shipped, and run for you. You keep the keys. Most AI you've tried was a sandbox toy — this is a working system, in production, doing the part of your week you hate.

Head of Platform Integrations, Automation & Agentic Development — It's Feasible

// 01 — YOU'RE GROUNDED

You're not behind on AI.
You're buried.

You bought the tools. You watched the demos. You're still buried.

The follow-ups. Data copied from one place to another by hand. The reports nobody else can build. The stuff that only happens because you stay late and do it.

It's not a system. It's a digital junk drawer with an API key. You don't need another tool — you need hours back.

// 02 — THE FLIGHT PLAN

Three steps. Start small.
Climb only if it's working.

You don't sign a year-long anything. A paid diagnostic, then build what's worth building, then decide if you want me to keep running it.

WAYPOINT 01

Automation Audit

$1,500–$2,500

1–2 weeks · credited toward your build · 30-day guarantee

We chart what's actually slowing you down. You get a prioritized roadmap, a real ROI estimate on each item, and the 1–3 automations worth building first — ranked by what pays you back fastest. A paid diagnostic with a real deliverable, not a free sales call.

WAYPOINT 03

Fractional AI Lead

$2k–$4k/mo

month-to-month after an initial 3 months

When the systems are working and you want them to keep getting better, I stay on as your AI lead — operating what's live, fixing it when your business changes, and building the next thing on the roadmap as it earns its place. The senior person who built it, on retainer, without a full-time hire.

// 03 — YOU'RE THE PILOT

You own the accounts.
You own the system.

Most AI services quietly put themselves in the middle of your bill — spin up the accounts, mark up your usage, lock you in. I don't do that.

  • You own the accounts. Your AI and cloud accounts are set up in your name from day one.
  • You're billed direct. OpenAI, Anthropic, your cloud — they invoice you, at their price. No middleman, no multiplier.
  • No markup, ever. I'm paid for the build and the operating work. I make nothing on what you spend on tokens.
  • You own everything. The systems, the code, the configs, the docs. If I leave, nothing turns off.

You keep the keys. No runaway bills. No lock-in.

// FLIGHT LOG

I don't sell AI strategy.
I ship working systems.

Most people pitching AI have read about it. I build production agent and automation systems — eval pipelines, tool-use design, operator dashboards — where it has to work on Monday morning.

Need your Notion to actually carry the weight?

Before the AI work, I spent years turning messy Notion workspaces into real sources of truth — second brains, ops hubs, planning systems that don't fall apart. If your foundation needs that first, I still do it. Often it's where an automation engagement starts.

Start with a flight plan.

Before you spend a dollar building anything, we find where your hours are leaking and what's worth automating first. You get the plan and the numbers. You decide what happens next.

// QUESTIONS

Before you ask.

Q01 What does this cost, total?

Three rungs, and you only climb the ones that pay off. The audit is $1,500–$2,500. A build sprint runs $6k–$15k depending on scope — SMB jobs land near the bottom, mid-market builds toward the top. If you want me to keep operating it, the retainer is $2k–$4k a month. You see every number before you commit to it. No hourly, no surprise invoices.

Q02 Do I actually own what you build?

Yes — all of it. The systems, the code, the configs, the docs, the accounts. It's built in your name from day one, and if we stop working together nothing turns off. No lock-in, no black box.

Q03 We already have tools / a few subscriptions. Why do we need you?

You probably don't need more tools — that's kind of the point. Most businesses I look at have a pile of tools pretending to be a system, and the real work still routes through a person. My job is to make the boring part actually run, using what you have where it makes sense and only adding what earns its place.

Q04 Honestly, is AI even necessary for a business like ours?

Sometimes the answer is no, and I'll tell you that in the audit. The question isn't "do we need AI." It's "where are we burning hours on repeatable work." If those hours exist, there's something worth automating — AI or not. If they don't, you've spent a couple grand to find out for sure, with a roadmap to show for it.

Q05 What's the ongoing cost to run it?

Two parts, and you can see both. There's whatever the AI providers charge for usage — billed to your own accounts, at their price, never marked up by me. And there's me, only if you keep me on retainer. I estimate the usage cost in the audit so there are no surprises, and you control those accounts the whole time.

Q06 How fast can we start?

The audit is a 1–2 week engagement. A build sprint is 3–5 weeks once we've scoped it. Most people start with the audit so the first real money is small and the plan is clear before any build.
